4. AI-Specific Disclosures

• AI Processing: Your inputs and documents are processed by Claude 3.5 Sonnet to generate responses.

• No Human Review: Documents are processed by AI without human intervention, except in cases where manual support or troubleshooting is needed.

• Third-Party AI Providers: Each third-party service provider has their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

• No AI Training: We do not use your documents for training or enhancing our AI models.

 

5. Data Security & Storage

• Geographic Location: All data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the U.S. East region.

• Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit to ensure privacy and security.

• Access Control: Only authorized personnel at Serendip have access to your data, and access is limited to what is necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., support or troubleshooting).

• Breach Notification: If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users in accordance with U.S. state breach laws, including those under CCPA.

 

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. However, we may disclose your information in the following cases:
